Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Items posted are at the customer’s cost and risk, and Pet Supply Store shall not refund customers for any products that it does not receive, or that it receives which are broken or damaged from transport.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories and personal goods (such as earrings, piercing jewellery, face masks and hair products), clearance and sale products, products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product, made to order products – products which are made to individual customer specifications and personalisations, including custom made products, or custom fabric products, which have to be ordered specifically for a customer.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Shipping costs are not refundable (sends and returns).
If the item is still in transit we will not refund you the order. To request a refund the item needs to be sent back to our warehouse.
Please send us an email requesting a refund so we can start the refunding process. We will send you the address to where you need to ship it back to us. The cost of return shipping is not covered by Pet Supply Store.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a gift card as store credit with the amount within 7 days from the item has been reviewed confirmed unused/undamaged by the warehouse.
Except as set out above, Stylish Muse will not accept a request for cancellation if you simply change your mind, unlessPet Supply Store chooses to do so at its absolute discretion.
If Pet Supply Store does accept a request for cancellation simply due to a change of mind, the customer may pay an amount to Pet Supply Store which in Pet Supply Store’s reasonable view reflects the loss that Pet Supply Storewill suffer as a consequence of the cancellation (including but not limited to storage fees and any markdown). Pet Supply Store will set off this amount against any amounts of money already paid to us by the customer for this product, and refund the balance.
For any cancellation charges over and above what has already been paid to Pet Supply Store, the customer must pay such amounts to Pet Supply Store within 7 days of Pet Supply Store’s request to pay.
